Friday’s star at Day Number Two of impeachment hearings was a woman who Committee Chair Adam Schiff would not allow to speak: Elise Stepanik (R-NY).
Ranking member Devin Nunes (R-CA) was given 45 minutes to cross-exam the Democrats’ key witness, the former ambassador to the Ukraine. When he designated Stepanik to use his time, Schiff repeatedly pounded his gavel. Why? Because Stepanik proved herself to be a Republican with backbone during the first hearing.
KANGAROO COURT: MORE TAXPAYER $$$ AND TIME WASTED
The second day of the House Democrats’ kangaroo court provided Americans with more proof the Dems have nothing on President Trump. The Ukraine fairy tale, which apparently began, quite literally, just hours after Mueller’s report laid an egg in March, is just a continuation of the Russian Collusion Hoax. Indeed, Schiff hired his staff counsel at that time.
Refusing to call the faux whistleblower who spied* on America’s president to be questioned, Democrats questioned yet another hearsay witness who never talked with President Trump: Marie Yovanovitch, former US Ambassador to Ukraine. She is a career diplomat, Taylor’s predecessor and a holdover from the Obama Administration who first appointed her to the Ukraine post.
KANGAROO COURT: SCHIFF HIRED CNN’S TV ATTORNEY IN MARCH
When Mueller’s report was released in March, Schiff immediately hired Daniel S. Goldman to prosecute another impeachment against Trump. Goldman was CNN’S and MSNBC’s legal analyst, thus proving he is a Trump hater.
Marie Yovanovitch, the US Ambassador to Ukraine who was appointed by Obama and fired by Trump, had a great deal to say about her dismissal. As Daniel S. Goldman questioned her, Americans learned that her knowledge was limited to hearsay of hearsay of hearsay:**
“It was my understanding,” “he told me,” “she said,” “that was our belief,” “I was told,” “that’s what I understood,” “that was my understanding, yes” “I was told,” “Putin must have been aware,” and “that scared me.”
KANGAROO COURT: FEELINGS ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN FACTS
Goldman’s questioning repeatedly included “how did that make you feel?” and “what were your feelings?” and “did you feel threatened?” Feelings are now more important than facts, according to a lawyer who has spent his career dealing with facts. This Democrat hack would now have us believe that the Rule of Law is based upon feelings, not facts.
Americans can believe Yovanovitch AND believe there is no legitimate reason to impeach Trump. The ambassador was a very impressive woman who began her opening remarks by stating that ambassadors serve at the pleasure of the president.
Ambassador Yovanovitch stated a fact. Every president DOES have the absolute right to appoint and unappoint each & every ambassador throughout his presidency. This is based upon the executive authority granted presidents in Article II of the US Constitution (see below) and they do not have to explain their choices.
“PROPER CHANNELS” MORE IMPORTANT THAN US CONSTITUTION
Repeatedly, former Ambassador Yovanovitch made reference to “proper channels.” (Trump should have gone through) “proper channels to handle that” and “proper channels were not followed.”
The US Constitution makes no reference to “proper channels:”
”The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America.”
REAL MOTIVE REVEALED: STATE DEPARTMENT’S DEEP STATE PLOTS TO WIPE OUT 63 MILLION VOTES.

*Ambassador Yovanovitch proved yet again that the spying, which started as soon as Trump announced his run for the presidency (June 2015), continues.
**First hand hearsay would NEVER be allowed in a Court of Law, much less fourth hand hearsay.
