Now that we know the Obama Department of Justice & the Obama FBI weaponized its massive resources against Candidate Trump & President Trump, let’s turn to the corruption at Multnomah County (Portland) Oregon’s District Attorney’s office.
UNEQUAL ENFORCEMENT OF THE LAW
A District Attorney has a great deal of power & authority. He/she can pick and choose who to prosecute and what to prosecute for. Unequal enforcement of the law is wrong, regardless of the law or person involved. Your neighbor should not be prosecuted for the EXACT SAME CRIME that the DA ignored last year when he caught YOU committing it.
I am describing here the GROSSLY UNEQUAL treatment of two Portland journalists by the Multnomah County DA Rod Underhill. In March 2015 Left-Wing video journalist Skye Fitzgerald met with the Right-Wing video journalist, Michael Strickland. This event took place a year BEFORE Michael was thrown in jail BY THE SAME DISTRICT ATTORNEY. His crime? Displaying his legal handgun to a mob about to attack him. SEE VIDEO BELOW.
Michael had long been a thorn in the sides of Portland’s mayor, city council, the Liberal politicians who are ruining the City of Roses, and the thugs who riot in downtown Portland. He filmed their own words & action and published them on YouTube, because Big Media refused to expose them. Michael called his videos “Laughing At Liberals.”
LIBERALS CAN’T WIN A DEBATE, SO THEY RESORT TO VIOLENCE
A colleague arranged for these two journalists to meet at a Gresham restaurant to discuss Fitzgerald’s gun control documentary. You guessed it: The Liberal could not win the argument using facts & logic, so he resorted to violence. His attack started when Michael asked him “Why are you lying to people in your documentary?”
With that, Fitzgerald grabbed two of Michael’s cameras. They scuffled inside the restaurant so the manager told them to leave. Fitzgerald walks out with Michael following & talking with the 911 dispatcher on his cellphone.
UNEQUAL ENFORCEMENT OF LAW: CONSERVATIVES ARE NOT PROTECTED FROM LEFTIST THUGS
The two journalists wound up in the parking lot, where Fitzgerald charged at Michael, pinning him against a car. He then picked Michael up and slammed him to the pavement where he jumped on him with all his weight. Fitzgerald was then seen putting Michael’s cameras in his car and driving away.
Michael’s arm was broken in three places and his shoulder was dislocated. It was so badly damaged that it required multiple surgeries, 13 screws and hospitalization to put it back together. Four years later, Michael does not, and will never, have full use of his arm.
UNEQUAL ENFORCEMENT OF THE LAW: ASSAULT & THEFT CAUGHT ON TAPE
With Michael’s camera and the colleague’s camera, almost the entire beating and theft were caught on film.
Gresham Police cited Fitzgerald, but the Multnomah County District Attorneys Office refused to prosecute the Liberal journalist. This office is headed by DA Rod Underhill, the Liberal activist pretending to be looking out “for the people.” His attitude is that Conservatives deserve whatever they get from Liberals.
Multnomah County, which includes Portland, is by far the largest county in Oregon. The current mayor, Ted Wheeler, has long told Portland Police to stand down and watch as Black Lives Matter thugs and Antifa mobs roam through downtown assaulting anyone they label as “right wing.”
UNEQUAL ENFORCEMENT OF LAW AGAINST CONSERVATIVES
District Attorneys who identify as Liberals see their mission not so much to enforce the law, but to enforce the law with a heavy hand against those who are deemed to be “Conservatives.” Or anyone that The Left labels as “Right-wing.” And they apply the law lightly against known Liberals, especially those who break the law in the name of Liberalism.
The Rule of Law is quickly & intentionally being replaced by the Rule of Liberalism in Oregon.
