“For all I know, they’re still counting ballots for Al Gore back there!” said U.S. Representative Matt Gaetz (R-FL).
To make his point, Gaetz stood in the back of a rental truck filled with boxes labeled “ballots,” meant to symbolize the large number of votes that were delivered to Broward County on Thursday and illegally counted after the deadline established by Florida law had passed. The law requires each county to report their votes to the secretary of state at 7:30PM on the day of election.
Having already broken the law by not reporting election results to the state by last week’s deadline, yesterday Broward County’s Election Supervisor, Brenda Snipes, announced that she will not report the recount results by Thursday’s deadline.
BROWARD ELECTION SUPERVISOR BROKE THE LAW
Election statutes in all states provide deadlines for reporting vote tallies. The reason for this is obvious: the public is entitled to know who won each race within a timely manner, not two weeks later, not a month later, not after those counting votes manipulate the figures so their favorite candidate(s) has enough fake votes to “win” the office.
A Florida judge found that Snipes violated both state law (public records act) and Florida’s Constitution when she refused to allow “immediate inspection” and “photocopying” of the requested records no later than 7 p.m. Friday.
Snipes, a lifelong Democrat, refused to disclose records revealing how many electors voted, how many ballots have been canvassed, and how many ballots remain to be canvassed, ALL in violation of Florida election laws. Her public website has not been updated since Wednesday despite the fact that Florida law requires it to be updated every 45 minutes as she “counts the votes.”
“DELAYED REPORTING, FOUND BALLOTS”
SCAM IS NOT NEW
Southern Democrats have been using the “delayed reporting, found ballots” scam for over 100 years. This scam goes something like this:
1) The Democrat-controlled counties* tally up “valid” votes including, of course, those not eligible to vote, e.g., dead people, non-citizens, felons.
2) The county bosses do not report their vote tallies to the state until after all the “non-corrupt” counties have reported.
3) Knowing the number of votes received across the state by their favored Democrat candidate(s), the bosses then went to work creating enough fake votes to push him/her into the “winner’s circle.”
Back in the days before voting machines, corrupt Democrats often did not bother to actually fill out blank ballots. The tally record was hand-written, in pencil, so they just marked higher numbers for Democrat candidates than other candidates. SOUTHERN DEMOCRATS KEEP JIM CROW ALIVE
IS BRENDA INCOMPETENT OR CORRUPT?
The look in Brenda Snipes eyes suggests that she is not too bright. On the other hand, some college somewhere awarded her a Ph.D.
“I was calling on the governor to fire her for months,” said Tim Canova, who ran against Representative Debbie Wasserman Schultz, a Broward County Democrat.
The outcome of his 2016 Democrat primary race against Wasserman-Schultz wound up in court, where it was revealed that Dr. Snipes could not perform a recount because she had intentionally destroyed 90,000 ballots after receiving a subpoena to turn them over.
Chelsey Marie Smith was a poll worker in 2016 when she saw elections officials filling out blank ballots. She filed a signed affidavit with authorities, and Dr. Snipes fired her. In a recent telephone interview Ms. Smith said “I know they could be committing fraud, I saw it with my own two eyes.”
The court ordered a state-wide recount of votes for the governor race and senate race. The results, by law, are due this Thursday. Snipes has already declared that she will not report the recount results by Thursday’s deadline.
Corruption has certainly been in play for some time at the election office in Broward County. Dr. Snipes is either the “county boss” organizing the fraud, or is so incompetent that she hasn’t noticed that her staff is stealing elections from the rightful owners, the U.S. citizens who reside in Florida.

An American on the West Coast sees the chaos in Florida as just one more example of bureaucratic lawlessness:
“I thought the premise behind a nation of laws was that laws passed had to be followed. They are not meant as a suggestion but a requirement. Has the law now become optional? If votes were not turned in by the deadline prescribed by law, why are they now even being considered, irrespective of whether or not they were ‘found’?
What is the purpose of any law if people in power can disregard it with impunity? Is there no higher authority than those ‘counting’ or creating the ballots? Frustration over elected and unelected officials ignoring the law is mounting in America. If turning a blind eye to corruption is safer or more politically correct for those in power than enforcing the law, vigilante justice may be just around the corner…and I don’t see that ending well.”
