Democrats Have Successfully Shut Down The Federal Government.
They Chose ILLEGALS Aliens Over American Citizens.
When President Trump campaigned on AMERICA FIRST, that’s exactly what he meant. Putting America, and her citizens first have been priority number one for the Trump Administration. We’ve seen a wave of deportations, The Stock Market is booming, and consumer confidence is at an all-time high. Thank you, Mr. President.
Two very high profiled illegal aliens have been detained, and are awaiting deportation. Ravidath Ragbir, and Jean Montrevil, have been in the United States Illegally for decades. They have built grassroots campaigns to fight for the “Rights’ of illegals here in America. Problem is, they don’t have rights. They’re not citizens. After years of getting away with breaking the law, these two Illegal Aliens are now on their way out the door.
Two high-profile illegal immigrants who attained a degree of fame through their activism have been detained and/or deported by the Trump administration after receiving repeated stays in the past, The Daily Caller has reported.
Ravidath Ragbir and Jean Montrevil, both prominent figures within the pro-illegal immigration group New Sanctuary Coalition of New York City, were detained and deported by Immigration and Customs Enforcement after years of being allowed to stay in the country at the discretion of federal officials — in spite of the fact that both had been convicted of serious crimes.
According to the New York Daily News, Ragbir was detained by ICE on Jan. 11 and informed that his reprieve from deportation would not be extended further.
Why were these two allowed to stay in the United States for so long? The Federal Government knew of their existence and has done nothing about it. “Discretion of Federal Officials” sounds like there were bribes to allow these two to stay in America. The better question is, What did Barack Obama have to do to keep these two in the states?
While it was perhaps a sign that ICE feels emboldened to go after activists as well as everyday illegal immigrants and those with deportation orders, this hardly seems to be “retaliation” or “escalation.” If it is, it is only in the sense that the government has refused to enforce deportation orders, which — at least to some activists — ought to be totally meaningless.
As for the idea that this is “targeting” — well, Al Capone and Meyer Lansky got “targeted” with tax evasion charges. That doesn’t make it wrong at all. And was this “targeting” uncalled for? Not by any means.
