The Great Steve Bannon Has Stepped Down As Chair Of Breitbart News.
This comes after President Trump, and Steve Bannon had a falling out over the new book “Fire Fury”
Steve Bannon is one of the greatest men to assist in a political campaign. Bannon is the second of Breitbart’s major members to step down in the last year. Milo Yiannopoulos stepped down early 2016 after comments of sexuality were taken out of context by the liberal elite.
Bannon has been treading on thin ice since the publication of Michael Wolff’s book last week.
Steve Bannon is stepping aside from his position as executive chairman of Breitbart News.
“Bannon and Breitbart will work together on a smooth and orderly transition,” the site said on Tuesday.
Bannon returned to Breitbart News in August, after his high-profile departure from the White House, where he served as a key advisor to President Trump.
He’s been under fire since last week, when excerpts from Michael Wolff’s new book, Fire and Fury, began appearing. Bannon is quoted heavily in the book, and is critical of the Trump family.

Stephen Bannon is stepping down from his role as chair of Breitbart News.
Breitbart confirmed the former White House chief strategist’s departure on Tuesday on their website.
“I’m proud of what the Breitbart team has accomplished in so short a period of time in building out a world-class news platform,” Bannon said.
Bannon’s departure comes after Bannon found himself at odds with President Trump over quotes Bannon made in the recently published Michael Wolff book “Fire & Fury.” In the book, Bannon called the 2016 meeting between Donald Trump, Jr. and a group of Russians “treasonous.”
Trump belatedly apologized for his remarks in the book on Sunday, but the White House rejected his apology.
