After being let go by FOX News last week, Bill O’Reilly is bouncing back, already announcing plans to come back to the airwaves Monday, while he searches for a new television network to host his show.

O’Reilly, who had recently resigned with FOX News, gets a $25 million payout from FOX. Over the course of the show, O’Reilly averaged 4-million viewers every night, making it the highest rated cable news television show ever. Here was O’Reilly’s statement via his website:

Over the past 20 years at Fox News, I have been extremely proud to launch and lead one of the most successful news programs in history, which has consistently informed and entertained millions of Americans and significantly contributed to building Fox into the dominant news network in television. It is tremendously disheartening that we part ways due to completely unfounded claims. But that is the unfortunate reality many of us in the public eye must live with today. I will always look back on my time at Fox with great pride in the unprecedented success we achieved and with my deepest gratitude to all my dedicated viewers. I wish only the best for Fox News Channel.

It’s still unclear what O’Reilly will do beyond his podcast. Many believe he’s still interested in hosting a television show, though O’Reilly has not made any public comments about his future. Potential networks include: Newsmax, One America News Network, TheBlaze and Sinclair Broadcasting.
